QR passes for visitors

Generate a unique QR code valid for hours or days. Each pass includes the visitor's name and validity window. The access point scans it and authorizes in seconds.

Live approval

When a visitor arrives without a pre-issued pass, you get a notification with their name and photo. Approve or deny with one tap from anywhere.

Web push notifications

Native push notifications on your phone with nothing to install from the App Store. Get alerts when someone enters your unit or when a visitor arrives at the access point.

Visitor QR scanning

Point the camera at the visitor's QR and the system validates in seconds: if the pass is valid, it authorizes entry and logs the access. If not, it shows a clear reason why.

Walk-in registration

For visitors without a pre-issued pass, the guard captures name and details in seconds. Approval comes back from the resident's phone instantly.

ID and license scanning

The camera reads Panamanian ID cards, driver's licenses, and residency cards automatically. Reduces manual errors and speeds up registration during peak hours.

Filterable history

Every logged access is visible to the access point or gatehouse with photo, time, and approving resident. Filters by date, unit, and access type whenever needed.

Secure access code

Each access point or gatehouse has its own code set by the property manager. The guard logs in with a code, not a personal password: when shifts rotate, no resets needed.

Unit management

Create, edit, and deactivate units in your building. Import the full list via CSV or enter them one by one. Each unit can have one or more residents associated.

When you add a resident to a unit, the system automatically emails them with instructions to set their password and start using Pase24 the same day.

Access point management

Configure one or several access points for your building. Each with its own code. Useful for complexes with multiple entrances or differentiated shifts.

Metrics dashboard

Approved vs denied accesses, monthly visitor totals, usage trends. The data you need when the board asks how the access point is operating.

Peak hours and top units

Identify the hours with the highest visitor flow and the units that receive the most visits. Useful for adjusting access point shifts and spotting unusual patterns.

Building settings
