We configure your account in under 30 minutes, residents receive their email invitation the same day, and the gatehouse can start scanning QRs after your guard practices for 10 minutes. The bottleneck is usually getting the up-to-date unit list from the building, not the system.

No. Pase24 runs on the phone or tablet your gatehouse already has, and on each resident's personal phone. We don't sell hardware, we don't lock contracts to equipment, and we don't block you if you want to swap devices. If your gatehouse doesn't have a tablet, any used Android from the last five years works fine.

We charge a flat monthly fee per building based on the tier you pick, instead of charging per unit like other traditional systems. Your building pays the same within its tier: if your Starter plan covers up to 100 units, you pay USD 80 per month (plus ITBMS) whether you have 30 or 95 active units. When your building grows beyond your tier's range, you move up to the next one — and you know exactly what it will cost before moving. The invoice is predictable and doesn't change with every new resident who moves in. We also offer an annual discount on the Starter, Basic, and Pro plans: you pay the equivalent of 10 months and receive 12. Master Admin and Enterprise are evaluated case by case.

The gatehouse flow is deliberately simple: open the app, scan the QR, read the response. No complex menus, no settings the guard can break, and the interface is the same every day. Real training is 10 minutes. We accompany you through the first few days to clear up questions.

On servers with automatic backups and encryption in transit and at rest. Each building has its own isolated space: no resident or guard from another building can see your access logs. If you ever decide to stop using Pase24, we hand over a complete CSV export of your history. The data is yours, always.

On monthly plans: cancel whenever you want, with no penalty and no exit fees. On annual plans (Starter, Basic, Pro): the service stays active until the end of the prepaid period; if you decide not to renew, there is no prorated refund but the service keeps running until that date. No long contracts, no lock-in, no surprises on your invoice.

No. Pase24's inventory is for keeping the registry of building maintenance materials (light bulbs, chemicals, office supplies, tools), with low stock alerts and movement traceability. For complete PH accounting (double-entry, receivables, financial reports for the board) we offer Conta24 as an optional module. And if your building handles more complex inventory — construction projects, internal hardware store — Depo24 is the more professional tool.

Each building is a separate account with its own residents, fees, and accesses completely isolated from each other. If you manage several, the Master Admin plan gives you access to up to 5 buildings with a single login that switches between them with one click. For more than 5 buildings, Enterprise is evaluated case by case. No data crosses between buildings, regardless of the plan.

Not necessary. The unit holder can invite household members according to the building's plan. Those with their own phone (spouse, teenage children) get their own account with their digital card. Minor children without a phone are registered as household members without an account — their card is shown and managed by an adult of the household from their app.

Instant phone notification. When the gatehouse scans your visitor's pass, you get the "your visitor has arrived" notification before they knock on the door. And if the visitor doesn't have a pre-issued pass (walk-in), the gatehouse sends you the visitor's details for you to approve or deny from wherever you are. No calls to the apartment, no dropped intercom.
