Digital access card for the building.

Every resident and household member with their digital card on their phone. Controls access to the school bus, specific doors, restricted areas, and building amenities like the pool and gym. With configurable schedules, photo verification, and usage reports.

One digital card for every access point in the building.

Every resident and every household member has a digital card with QR on their phone. Management defines which control points exist in the building — the school bus, the service door, the gym, any place where it matters who entered — and who can use each one.

The card replaces physical credentials, printed lists, and the guard's "I know that person". Every access is logged with photo, timestamp, and control point, available for management to consult.

Real use cases.

The control points management configures according to what the building needs.

School bus

Kids board the bus with their card on their phone. The driver validates on their tablet who's authorized to board at each stop, and management knows exactly which children took the bus each day.

Specific doors in the building

The electrical room door, the roof access, the storage room, or any door that only certain staff or residents should be able to open. Each door with its own list of authorized users and schedules.

Restricted areas

Visitor parking, staff areas, or building zones that only certain residents should be able to access. The card controls entry and there's a record of every access.

Building amenities

The pool, the gym, the game room, the court. With each amenity's own schedule and usage reports for management. Management decides who can use each amenity and can restrict a resident's access when needed — for example, those who aren't up to date on their fees.

How it works.

The complete flow, from the resident to the record.

  1. 1

    The resident opens their card

The resident opens the app on their phone and shows their digital card. The QR is unique to them and rotates every 2 minutes.

  2. 2

    The control point scans

The bus driver or control point staff scans the QR from their tablet. The system validates on the spot whether the person is authorized for that point and at that time.

  3. 3

    The resident's photo is shown

After a valid scan, the tablet shows the resident's photo to visually confirm it's the same person. A second factor without additional hardware — just the camera and human comparison.

  4. 4

    Everything is logged

Every use is saved with time, control point, and photo. The information is available to management.

Technical features.

The details that matter when it comes to building access.

  • QR with 2-minute rotation.

Someone else's screenshot doesn't work by minute three. Only the person with the app open can enter.

  • Photo as verification.

Each card has the resident's photo so the operator can visually compare. No facial recognition equipment or special sensors needed.

  • Configurable schedules per point.

The school bus Monday to Friday from 6 to 15. The gym from 5 to 23. Each control point with its own rules.

  • Household members included.

Children and family members of the household have their own card at no extra cost, without occupying new accounts.

  • Complete record of every access.

Every use is saved with photo, time, and control point. The information is available to management.

  • Works on any phone.

No downloading from app stores, no phone storage — the app installs from the browser in 15 seconds.

Frequently asked questions.

What happens if a resident loses their phone?

The resident can close the session on their lost phone from any other device by logging into their account. If they have no access to another phone, they can contact support. The card's QR stops working on the lost phone as soon as the session is closed.

Can a minor without their own phone be authorized?

Yes. The head of household adds the child as a household member and the child has their own card, which an adult of the household displays and manages from their account. When the child has their own phone, the card can be moved to their device.

Can the resident's photo be changed?

Yes. The resident uploads or changes their photo from the app, and management approves the change before it appears on the card. This double validation prevents someone from changing the photo without authorization.

Can guests use the access card?

The card is for residents and household members, not guests. Guests use visitor passes that the resident creates from the app — they are different mechanisms with different purposes: the pass is for a specific visit with shareable QR, the card is for recurring access by residents.
